Returns and Refunds

we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 2-3 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please follow the steps outlined below.

To initiate a return, you must first contact our customer service team at amasscollection1@gmail.com to request a return authorization. In your email, please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.

Please ensure that all returned items are in their original packaging, with all tags attached, and in resalable condition.

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. You will be notified via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within  5-10 working days.

If your return is due to a defect or an error on our part (such as receiving the wrong item), we will cover the return shipping costs. In such cases, please contact us for a prepaid shipping label.

For exchanges, we do not offer direct exchanges for items. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
